This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

The difference you'll make

As the role holder, you will manage the transition of business change ensuring effective management of business adoption activities required to successfully implement all business change. The role also involves managing the impact of change, creating and owning the Business Adoption plan and reporting progress monitoring risks and issues as required to the Delivery Manager, key business stakeholders and the Lead Business Adoption Partner

You will also work within an Agile Delivery Squads as part of a delivery focused team with a work ethic to deliver quality products and business outcomes.

So, who are you? 

We're looking for someone with experience of successfully managing business change in a large, complex multi-site organisation. You will have effective stakeholder management with a track record of building strong working relationships. 

A team player, you will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and strong planning and organisational skills, ideally with experience of working in a project environment. Awareness of project management methodologies is paramount.

Although not essential, Agile Delivery Methodology and experience of working in an Agile Squad would be an advantage.
