Windows Engineer London to £50k

Windows Engineer (Microsoft AWS Networking Virtualisation). Are you a talented Windows Engineer who would thrive within a tech for good company? You could be joining a leading scientific software house that provides software to support the pharmaceuticals industry in vital drug research.

As a Windows Engineer your role will cover deskside support, servers, networking, AWS configuration and virtualisation. You'll mainly be working on internal systems (circa 100 users and 89 servers), however there is occasional client system work. You'll be expected to provide occasional weekend support, but this can be done from home.

Based in London you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team who are all passionate about the work they do. You won't be expected to work in the office every day and can have work from home flexibility.

Requirements:

Experience within a similar role supporting Microsoft Windows environments

Very good knowledge of AWS

Experience with virtualisation (Microsoft Hyper-V ideally) and networking infrastructure

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
