The difference you'll make

As the role holder, you will develop and lead the Agile Portfolio Management Office to a high performing Agile focussed team providing the necessary delivery support, governance and portfolio management across the Riverside Change Portfolio.

The role also involves working with the Change Leadership and Agile Coaches to review continuous improvement efforts and drive operational excellence. You will evaluate spend by investment horizon working closely with Finance to ensure robust cost control across the portfolio of change.

So, who are you?

We're looking for someone with experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams including managing team performance. You will also need experience of project management, agile delivery and DevOps. Being able to produce and present performance reports is paramount.

A team player, you will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues. You will have effective stakeholder management with the ability to successfully persuade and influence others. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, delivering to strict deadlines, is vital.
