IT Support Engineer - 3 Months - Day Rate and Fixed Term Contract DescriptionVerifying user on laptop, or other assets.Process approx 1200 assets (laptops, iphones, ipads)Checking in assets, closing tasks in ServiceNow for receipt of assets.Ensuring assets are properly backed up and management of the asset is sorted.Managing the incident management queue.Managing an asset management database of all hardware and software.Adhering to all Service Management processes.IT Support Engineer - 3 Months - Day Rate and Fixed Term Contract ProfileExperience with Desktop PC hardware and able to build a PC from component parts.Good knowledge of Windows 10Basic knowledge of networksGood communication skillsExcellent customer serviceGreat attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work on projects with limited supervision.Experience in an IT support role would be beneficial.Strong interest in the games industry Job OfferGreat opportunity to be part of an industry leading project.
