Technical Support Engineer (Aftersales) Falmouth £32,000 - £36,000 (Regular Salary Review) + Training + No weekend Work + Progression + Days based + 27 Days Holiday + Pension Excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing multinational business who are the world leaders in their specific industry On offer is a varied role within a tight knit team in which you will play a key part in the companies aftersales support network assisting their global network of customers This business is the World's leading Manufacturer in their specialist field, supplying equipment to a wide variety of industries across the UK, American and Asia. They have grown rapidly since their founding and are still thriving through this period of economic uncertainty, investing heavily back into the business. So they can keep up with demand and future growth, they are looking to bring in an additional Technical Support Engineer (Aftersales) to help provide customer support to a range of global clients. In this role, you will provide key aftersales customer support on specialist equipment and software. This is a varied role ranging from initial customer enquiry, diagnostic and fault finding, problem solving as well as liaising with both customers and in house technical engineers to resolve problems. The position will allow you to play a key part in customer relationships as well as give you the opportunity to learn about specialist cutting edge technology.
