A leader in the development of automotive ASIC's is looking for an Analog ASIC Lead Engineer to strengthen their team in the South of Germany. In your position as Analog ASIC Lead you contribute your lead experience to complex ASIC development projects from beginning to release into production. You will develop completely new, analog functions for ASIC's, as well as new concepts and processes in cooperation with internal or external partners. You coordinate solutions and procedures in the project, in a team, with customers and system architects. You will develop concepts, implement circuits, analyse the technical requirements and integrate modules into innovative automotive ASICs. You structure the content of the task in work packages, define and implement them with your design team. You will work in an international team, supervise internal and external project partners in the field of integrated circuit development in order to ensure the timely, functional and integration-oriented provision of modules and to monitor development progress. The successful Analog ASIC Lead hold a University degree (master / diploma / doctorate) in electrical engineering (preferably with a focus on Semiconductor technology) or comparable. You are independent, assertive, structured, goal-oriented, capable of working in a team and communicative. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in ASIC development, preferably in the automotive sector, knowledge of modern ASIC design methods, experience with analog or mixed-signal design, sound knowledge of analog circuit technology with a focus on e.g. Gate Driver Stages, LDOs, Charge pump, Current sensing circuit, GPIO, Voltage reference, PMIC. You have a good command of English, both spoken and written (at least B2) and ideally in German as well.
