A company in the medical electronics sector is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team as they continue their year of success despite difficult times. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will have a number of core responsibilities that include;Overall responsibility for the mechanical device designResearch and development into new product conceptsDevelopment of new conceptsSystem level FMEAInvestigation of production issues and suggesting solutionsTo be considered for the Senior Mechanical Engineer vacancy you must have, a strong background in mechanical design preferably in the medical sector, CAD modelling experience, a keen eye for detail during the design process, an understanding of design for injection moulding, previous experience collaborating with manufacturing partners and comfort working within a small but growing team.
