Brilliant opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a dynamic growing company who are leaders in their market niche.

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with experience of working in the Construction industry? Do you have a passion for being a driving force in an expanding business?

Established within the last 5 years this company is a specialist designer and manufacturer of bespoke timber structures. Combining eco friendly materials with stunning aesthetic designs they are rapidly making a mark on the industry. They are already oerating internationally and plan to grow rapidly over the coming years.

The role will involve working with the current Project Managers on their respective Projects and being a point of contact for both Directors and Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up management processes in a previous working environment and be able to work with a large degree of autonomy. Any experience within a woodworking or woodworking Design environment would be desirable.

The role would therefore suit an experienced Operations Manager who is looking to bring an autonomous working mindset to a dynamic growing company.
