You will be required to:
- Own and manage support for clients
- Act as an escalation point for client issues
- Triage incoming tickets, analysing and resolving client issues
- Attend client sites when issues are not able to be resolved remotely & for installations
- Manage and Maintain Microsoft Cloud Solutions (e.g Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Remote Desktop)
Required skills
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Training is provided for any areas needing developing)
- Desktop, Laptop & Server hardware Maintenance
- Experience working from a Helpdesk
- Driving Licence is essential
This role is salary-based, all fuel expenses for site visits are paid.
Based at their office in Bournemouth with some travel to customer sites (Mainly in Dorset & Hampshire) when required so own transport is required.
