Windows Systems Engineer London to £65k
Windows Systems Engineer (Cloud Azure AWS TeamViewer AzureBackup). Opportunity for an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to take on a challenging and varied role within a growing financial services consultancy. This is a great position for someone who is looking to develop their career as you'll be encouraged to upskill, learn new technologies and will be offered support to complete courses and gain certifications / qualifications.
As a Windows Systems Engineer you'll be taking on a varied role where each day will be different. You'll be working across all areas of systems engineering and will need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with any tasks or challenges that come up. You'll assist with 3rd line support occasionally but most of your work will be focussed around server engineering, PowerShell scripting and process automation. The company continue to grow and therefore there will be even more work in the pipeline and more responsibility to take on.
Based in London you'll be joining a friendly and supportive company who care about you reaching your full potential. The company offer 25 days holiday plus your birthday off and time off between Christmas and New Year. On top of this you'll receive a 5% annual bonus and 7% company pension contribution.
There is a lot of work from home flexibility and you will only be expected to come into the office when it is essential for your duties (around 1 - 2 days per week).
Requirements:
An experienced Systems Engineer with excellent knowledge of Windows OS
Passion and dedicated individual who is willing to get stuck in and help wherever needed
Good knowledge of AWS and / or Azure (ideally Azure)
Experience with Remote Service, Backup and Recovery tools (TeamViewer, AzureBackup)
Configuration management tools experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
