Are you an Electrical Development Engineer looking to join a market leading renewable energy company at the forefront of this rapidly growing industry, who will give you the opportunity to progress within the company, whether into more senior roles or laterally into other departments?

With multiple sites, this company have been going for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and are continuing to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. As such they are now looking to take on an additional R&D Engineer to join the team.

In this role you will be based from the Truro office and work closely with the Design team working on brand new products from concept through to completion. You will be involved in product development meetings, CAD work to develop new designs, schematics and PCB layout. You will also carry out testing and analysis of both new and existing products ensuring compliance with EMC directives and EN60335.

The role:

*Work with the Design team

*Electrical layout, schematic and PCB design

*Design new concept products and modify existing range

*Based in the heart of Cornwall

The person:

*Engineering Degree in Electrical or Electronic discipline

*Suitable knowledge of CAD packages

*Appreciation of EMC directives
