Specification Territory Manager-Manufacturing Sector

£45K, 39 hours Mon-Fri

Bristol area, mainly office based.

Are you an experienced Specification Territory Manager, motivated by service rather then the sale, looking to work in a fast growing sector?

The company are a growing specialist manufacturer, working mainly with the pharmaceutical sector, and this is a newly created position to help grow the team. Part of the territory is well established and part will allow you the chance to develop into new areas.

Training will be given on the product/sector if required.

Working in a small team and managing your territory, there is potential

to evolve into a managerial position as the team grows further.

The role will focus on developing current markets and identify target territories to grow specifications and brand awareness.It is about relationship building rather than 'the sale'.

Full time permanent office based role, working Mon-Fri in a small teamDrive specifications across within your agree territoryManage relationships with existing partners and specifiersSet a clear strategic pipeline for the product range

The Person

Experience in a manufacturing, product based sectorTrack record in a Business Development role around a targeted KPI such as specificationsExperience of managing a patch/territory
