Murex Front Office Business Analyst

6 months initially 700pd all in PAYE

We have in a small way assisted over 120 IT professionals secure roles with this international bank and we enjoy a trusted relationship. We have been asked to assist in the hire of a contract Business Analyst to lead the Front Office stream for onboarding an affiliate onto the Bank's securities platform for FX, FXO and Exotic products.

This role will include: Front Office analysis / Business Requirements; Input into the Technical design documents; As-is and To-Be workflows for trade booking and lifecycle;

Detailed product analysis for onboarding affiliate Exotic products into MUSE's Murex platform; Mapping products into Murex templates and carrying out detailed analysis to map pricing models; Providing estimates for the Front Office delivery to feed into the project approval process.

Skills needed:

Business analysis experience working for a top tier bank

Excellent product knowledge across FX, FXO and Exotic asset classes

Ability to understand and map a product into Murex from term sheet data

Solid understanding of Murex's E-Tradepad module, and the ability to configure as needed

Good overall knowledge of the Murex platform

Excellent understanding of PL, Risk and Market Data in Murex

Excellent understanding of trade booking and trade lifecycle in Murex

Understanding of revaluation rate curve construction, simulation, trade pricing and settings in Murex

A strong delivery track record and someone who can really take ownership of leading the Front Office stream
