ITSM Developer

Remote with Occasional Site Work in Malvern

6 Month ContractInside IR35

£520 Per HourResponsibilities:Application support professional with experience in designing and developing ITSM platforms (in particular Cherwell)Work with our Service Operations team to provide configuration and maintenance support to a newly deployed ITSM platform.Working alongside service delivery teams to provide day to day support of the platformWork with the service design teams to deliver new workflows, enable new modules and help align the platform with business need.Requirements:Good working knowledge of ITIL frameworks, v3 and potentially v4 and how these relate to ITSM platformsExcellent knowledge of Cherwell - through configuration and development, strong knowledge of backend.Please submit your CV via the button below for more information.Fahad McCann
