As a Senior Delivery Manager you will have a lead role in managing a major project, with support from a project team. It's a role that demands a thorough knowledge of agile methodologies in change and programme management. This is a new role with real scope to establish a positive team culture that thrives on meeting deadlines We expect that you will already have experience of managing teams responsible for a complex portfolio of programmes and projects, and that you have an excellent appreciation of risk management. You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders, drawing on highly developed communication and influencing skills, and you will have practical experience of resource planning, budgeting and forecasting. It's important that you can deal well with uncertainty and that you can bring sophisticated influencing skills (challenging when appropriate) to achieve clarity of requirements and direction.
