Role: Communications Engagement ManagerLocation: Canada Square, LondonDuration: 12 monthsRate: Up to £350/dayInside IR35 Role Purpose:Provides support to the Global Legal Engagement Team, specifically, Communications and People Initiatives The role holder will: Support the delivery of Communications and People initiatives in the function.This will include but not be limited to:Managing Legal's communication runwayManaging the logistics of various events in Legal relating to the People InitiativesUpdating Legal Intranet pagesDrafting/ editing communicationsManagement of the Communications archiveCreate and arrange sign-offs and tracking readership on regular function-wide newslettersDesigning, uploading and sending ad-hoc emails via PoppuloRecording and editing videos using Adobe Premier ProLiaising with sharepoint owners with regards to their ongoing managementAssist with the management of the Global Legal Opportunities Hub SharepointGiving general support to the Engagement team and manage ad-hoc tasks Knowledge & Experience:Needs to be a self starter, willing to take accountability and able to work effectivelyBroad understanding of the Group or similar complex organisationStrong organisational, planning and implementation skillsAbility to translate business needs into appropriate solutions, experienced in delivering effective solutions to changing business needsProactive and able to demonstrate initiative and an appetite for continuous improvementCommercial and delivery focusedExcellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis upon communication (verbal and written) and ability to work in a complex, globally-matrixed organisationCalm under pressureAbility to re-prioritise in very short timescalesEnergetic and self-motivated team playerTake ownership and responsibility to produce reports to high professional standardStrong analytical skills, excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, can use excel spreadsheets to manage, analyse, and track dataTo apply please send your CV's in the first instance
