Are you a Quantity Surveyor who as worked on low to medium value projects, looking to join an expanding company offering great progression opportunities and a generous package?

This long-standing company operate across multiple sites in the UK and have been growing year on year since being established nearly 200 years ago. They are now looking for a QS and Senior QS to be based out their office and go to sites in Cumbria.

You will be responsible for procurement, managing subcontractor packages, monthly valuations, budgeting, cost analysis, valuations, and financial reports for a variety of projects. The projects you will oversee range from £200k - £2M.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for a diverse workload and career progression opportunities with a market leading company.

The Role:Working on a variety of projects ranging from 200k - 2m.Career Progression.Based in office 3 days a week and out on sites in Cumbria for 2 days.

The Person:Quantity Surveyor.Mixed Use/Residential background.Looking to work on a variety of interesting projects.
