Exciting role on offer for an ambitious Structural CAD Technician from a construction background to join a fast growing and innovative park home and lodge manufacturer.

Are you a Structural CAD Technician with a background in construction looking to progress your career working on new and innovative projects? Are you looking to join an off-site construction company?

This company are specialists in park homes and lodges. They design, manufacture, and sell their homes. They have an innovative approach to design and consistently create high quality builds and have continued to grow throughout the pandemic. They are therefore looking for a Structural Technician with experience in CAD to join their growing team, to work on current and new projects.

In this role you will be tasked with ensuring working drawings are issued for manufacturing of park homes and lodges. responsible for creating and issuing all our technical drawings and floor plans. You will be creating solutions, drawings and designs which are used for the production of their homes.

This varied and exciting role would therefore suit a Structural CAD Technician with previous experience in the construction industry with experience working with on residential projects who has an innovative flare for innovation and design.
