Opportunity to successfully lead and deliver the Positive Payroll programme HR Programme Manager role offering remote workingClient DetailsA multinational hospitality company.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the HR Programme Manager will be:Programme and Project Management:o Working collaboratively with key SME groups formulate proposals and suitable strategies for agreement via the correct channels of the project governance.o Work closely with wide range of people to plan, develop scope/proposals, deliverables, work plan, budget and timingo Formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected activities and dependencies. Coordinate cross-programme activities and where required facilitate the coming together of SME groups to collaborate on key proposals.o Ensure all workstream leads understand their role and responsibilities and take accountability for progressing all actions, risks and dependencies. Ensure programme is delivered on time, on cost and within acceptable risk.o Analyse, evaluate and overcome programme risks. Produce relevant programme reports for management, stakeholders and governing bodies. Take a lead in preparing for and chairing relevant governing body meetings.o Lead on resolving any higher scope issues that are raised across the programme.o Lead / oversee relationship management with external supplierso Develop programme protocols for documentation and programme archive Stakeholder Management:o Work closely with Programme Sponsor(s) to gain their support, buy-in and challenge across the programme's aims and objectiveso Build relationships across key stakeholder groups, particularly with the RightTime team and ensure that mutual positive relationships are developed and maintained throughout the course of the programmeo Act as a trusted advisor. Advocate and champion for Positive Payroll in line with the companies values and managerial behaviours.o Play a leading role in coordinating and facilitating workshops / activities across multiple SME groups to ensure that project objectives are achieved. Change Management:o Ensure that change management and it's approaches are a red-thread throughout the end to end programme managemento Work closely with the Project Manager - Change Management and Project Communications Manager to ensure that the change management plan and project management plan run in parallel to ensure the success of the project Budget & Resource Management:o Assess programme performance and aim to maximise ROIo Regularly review resource base and ensure that the right resources and skills are in in place and within budget to successfully deliver the projectProfileThe successful HR Programme Manager will have the following:Project Management, Project Planning, Strategic Planning and Analysis, Change Management, Change Methodology Design and Interventions, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Process Consulting, Leadership/Culture, Business Performance Improvement, HRIS Desirable:§ Educated to Degree level or equivalent by experience§ Holds a professional project management qualification§ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a full lifecycle project management role§ Evidence of providing support in large corporate environments and working with customers at all levels§ Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication skills both written and verbal§ Demonstrable experience of forward planning, problem solving, analytical thinking§ Computer literate - Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project.Job OfferA competitive salary20% bonusRemote working
