Our client welcomes all applications.DescriptionIT Trainer - Systems Trainer - London / SoutheastMy client welcomes applicants from a range of industries and is focused on bringing in talented people.Responsibilities:Designing engaging training content to maximise the commercial use of our client's CRM system and other technologies.Delivering demos and workshops either virtually or in offices.Responding quickly to queries and training requirements with an appropriate and effective solution.Familiarising yourself quickly with new technologies and developing appropriate training materials to support the implementation.Undertaking training needs analysis and working with the leadership teams to deliver an appropriate solution.Proactively developing, updating, and maintaining our digital learning content in collaboration with peer groups and subject matter experts across the business.Participating in the testing, and implementation, of new software as required. Must have a keen interest in technology and an engaging and creative approach to delivering technical training. Experience working in a busy, sales-focused, and commercial environment would also be advantageous.
