Due to exciting growth a market leading global consultancy is looking to make a key hire within their Operations PMO team and is looking for an individual to lead and manage the firms internal change capability.Client DetailsGlobal consulting firmDescriptionKey responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the firms internal change capabilityImplement, maintain and continually develop methods and practices in relation to areas such as `right sized practices`, tracking & reporting activities and portfolio assurance activitiesDevelop & manage effective Portfolio/Programme/Project toolsProfileTo be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate: Previous track record of developing, embedding Change Portfolio Applications & Tools and maturing 'right-sized' change delivery, governance and assurance methods, controls and maturity models (from idea to realisation)Organisational governance structures and associated relationshipsUnderstanding the content of current and emerging portfolio of change and how it adds valueJob OfferUp to £75,000 + bonus and benefits.
