You will add value to the business on a daily basis through working tirelessly to develop both new and existing talent, driving a culture of continuous improvement.What we'll offer you:A competitive starting salary plus incentivesInvolvement with ongoing strategic L&D projectsMeritocratic career development planOwnership of future L&D coursesVIP Hospitality social eventsFine Dining Experiences5* International TripsWhat does the role involve?Your daily role is varied, typically you will be responsible for:Providing outstanding learning and development solutions to all FRG employeesOwning induction training courses, from initial on boarding to follow up trainingDeliver follow up at desk/phone coaching with traineesLiaising with key departments including IT, Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure full preparation for new L&D programmesDeliver effective assessments and feedback to new and existing colleaguesIdentify opportunities for further L&D solutions and report these to the relevant leadershipPositively impact FRG company culture, atmosphere and retentionWhat we're looking for from an L&D ConsultantPrevious recruitment experience is essentialA passion for developing othersThe ability to work independently, with solid organisation and communication skills
