Projects will vary in complexity from service improvement projects, through to new website/ecommerce offerings or replatforming of services. The focus for 2021will be replatforming our licensing solution and setting up new e-commerce sites for beauty brands, both on Shopify. These may be delivered personally (such as development of a CRM SaaS) or via managing suppliers to delivery outcomes.Client DetailsFounded in 2015, client unites leading agencies in the fashion & luxury image-making industries. DescriptionResponsibilities:

* Work as an integrated part of a small IT team to support Great Bowery. This may

involve hands on work with users, support tasks or other activity if the workload requires

or to support holiday.

* Identify improvement projects across Great Bowery services and actively scope, cost and

deliver those (subject to approval).

* Standardise and professionalise IT project delivery both within IT and Lookbooks, whilst

maintaining the agile, quick delivery capability.

* Continuously improve the services

Project Delivery

* Scope and cost projects for Great Bowery to support prioritisation in the roadmap,

including working with suppliers to get costs

* Establish a lightweight project delivery methodology for all IT projects and roll out

* Create, validate and review supplier contracts and scope to deliver work

* Deliver IT projects in line with agreed scope, cost and timelines

* Manage stakeholder engagement to maintain high levels of user satisfaction with the

delivery

* Manage risks and issues relating to the projects, including identification and

implementation of mitigation actions

* Manage acceptance of project deliverables, including documentation based deliverables

and system based deliverables via a mechanism such as UAT or similar

* Ensure any suppliers are performing services in line with their contract, rectifying if

required

* Assure any supplier or resource invoices are in line with the agreed spend

* Review benefits delivered to ensure that any funding case was achieved

Lookbooks

* Work with the Lookbooks VP to establish a forward look plan for development, including

scoping, prioritisation and delivery tracking for a small IT team

* Act as the client integration point for all projects involving Great Bowery (including

gaining scope approval, managing scope, planning stakeholder involvement, project

communications etc)Project Examples:

* Expected projects in Q2 / Q3 of 2021

o Replatform of Licensing solution - full reimplementation of critical IT platform and

associated business processes. Moving to Shopify and Cloudinary as a

supporting DAM.

o Development of several e-commerce sites to support new Great Bowery brands,

based on Shopify.

o Implement Customer Relationship Management System - maximising sales

through reuse of existing data

o Active Directory Cloud migration - standardise active directory offerings across

US and UK

o Development of market and sales strategy for new Lookbooks platformProfileBroad IT Project Management experience Ideally experience with e-commerce Saas based CRM implementation Full software lifecycle experience Job OfferWorking Hours

The role has standard working hours of 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday but may include

out of hours and weekend support with prior notice.

Great Bowery is fully remote at current given COVID, but there will be a need to attend site in

London once the restrictions lift.
