My client are a global manufacturer looking to hire an Infrastructure Engineer to their growing team.Client DetailsMy client are one of the world's largest manufacturers. DescriptionResponsible for supporting, managing, and implementing all aspects of IT technical services focusing on server and networking infrastructure globally.Mmanage all Infrastructure hardware within the scope of the Infrastructure role including connectivity to network devices where hardware requires connectivity.Manage all Infrastructure software within the scope of the Infrastructure role.Plan, manage and deliver small to medium projects and deliver to acceptable quality standards.Manage Major incidents from an IT infrastructure perspective to return services to users in the least amount of time using most effective methodology.Provide support for systems out of the normal site working hours on a rota and when necessary when skillset is required to support issues needing resolution.Review escalated tasks in the IT Service Desk - manage, allocate and resolve either personally, by others, in supporting others or engaging / managing 3rd part external support teams.ProfileSuccessful candidate must have:Proven experience providing 3rd line support delivering hardware and software solutions across multiple usersExperienced in managing and implementing Hyper V, Windows Servers, O365 and supporting Networking technologies Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to independently build relationships across the business.Must have experience of working within a busy technical team within a global business.Open to remote working, candidates will be considered across Scotland.
