DescriptionAssociate BI Analyst - Financial Services - Pensions As an Associate BI Analyst, you will interpret, analyse and translate the organisation's enterprise-wide data into insights and provide regular BAU and ad-hoc reports to meet the needs of their internal and external customers.You'll be responsible for converting facts and figures into compelling visualisations and data stories as well working closely with Business Analysts to understand and meet customers' needs.You will identify any data quality issues associated with data and manage these through the appropriate mechanisms.This role reports to the Head of Business Intelligence.ProfileAssociate BI Analyst - Financial Services - Pensions You'll have experience as a data or BI Analyst, holding technical skills including some experience of SQL, R or Dax.You'll have experience and knowledge of business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI as well as being someone who has excellent analytical skills with a well-developed ability to understand and assess trends, highlighting key insights from large volumes of data.You will have strong stakeholder management experience, and a real customer-focused attitude to build that rapport and engagement across the business.Job OfferA basic salary of up to £35,000 plus excellent company benefits The organisation has also adopted a hybrid/flexible working pattern, encouraging both home and office working depending on individuals' needs and preferences.
