The role reports to the General Manager who is based in the UK.Bonus schemes c. 12-15%25 days annual leavePrivate healhcare insurancePrivate dental insuranceExcellent contributory pensionMajor Responsibilities / Accountabilities:You will be providing senior quality leadership at a functional level and support the development and direction of the business at a strategic levelEnsuring compliance to GMP and GDPYou will also be setting the quality standard and partnering with the business in meeting this standardRegulatory Authority liaison and inspection management will be a key part of your roleAs the Quality Director you will partner the General Manager in establishing and promoting the Quality ethicDefining and overseeing all Quality processes within the operating companyFinal decision authority for all Quality related matters related to the company product, both internally and externallyOwn and lead continuous improvements to the Quality Management System Qualification/ Skills & Attributes: Extensive experience within a Quality Assurance experience within the Pharmaceutical industryGDP experience alongside GMP is crucialAbility to travel across Europe on occasionExperience of managing people is requiredAny experience of an EQMS roll out would be beneficial but isn't essential - please detail within your CVBehavioural skills will be key, able to work autonomously, strong influencing skills and the ability to be adaptable If you would like to be considered for the position please submit an application and we will be in contact to discuss next steps ()
