DATA PROGRAMME MANAGER

INSIDE IR35

RATE - NEGOTIABLE

PREDIMONANTLY REMOTE WITH AD HOC DAY ON SITE

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with Data Subject Matter Expertise to provide services to one of our Government Clients.

Covering three separate projects - SRA, RDM and MDD, the Programme Manager will be responsible for pulling this projects in to cohesive programme, with clear defined business outcomes. The Programme Manager will have the following responsibilities:

*Effective definition of scope, estimation of budget, resource requirements and timescales

*Delivery of assigned projects to an agreed timetable

*Effective management of project budgets and resources

*Production of required project management artefacts to support the delivery and assurance of projects

*Effective management of risk and resolution of project issues

*Effective communication through appropriate channels to stakeholders driving or impacted by change

*Effective management of external suppliers

*Prompt and accurate reporting to relevant governance structures, including any project or programme boards or portfolio reporting.

*Oversight of quality assurance activities

*Organisation of any communication or training activities that are necessary to ensure that the project benefits are maximised.

*Effective management of transition into live service

Requirements:

- Strong experience as programme manager

- Knowledge of Data Architecture

- Data Security

- Data Analysis

- Data Management

- Data Quality

- ETL, PowerBI, Talend, Calibre
