This company specialise in clinical health care spaces. They provide and design turnkey solutions for hospitals and clinical areas. They are experts in the area and have a wealth of knowledge of the full process from start to finish. Having only been established for the past few years, they are starting to see huge growth due to considerable, lucrative contracts being won. Due to this growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that budgets and estimates are produced for all projects. You would engage with supply chain to produce firm project estimates. You will be running all subcontract packages ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time providing advice and findings to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and the team, ensuring the financial reporting and contract administration is timely and accurate.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with experience working on a variety of construction projects in different sectors. With a sound understanding of Quantity Surveying and Estimating.
