The different skills and experiences that their colleagues from different backgrounds bring to them allows them to make better decisions, consider different views and be an altogether more interesting and cohesive place to work.They welcome applications from everyone.DescriptionManage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of businessLiaise with IT Management to project manage IT Technical Services projects, including the formation and management of project teams (including 3rd parties and contractors where necessary), assembly and management of project budgets and overall project management to deliver systems solutions.Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselineProvide weekly progress reports to the Project Board and other senior stakeholdersEffectively manage risks, issues and dependenciesCreate and maintain all project documentation according to PRINCE2Establish and manage the project's procedures and controlsManage the production of the project's productProfileExtensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniquesPrevious experience of implementing both Infrastructure (20%) and Software (80%) projectsAble to conform to quality criteria set by the PMO (Project Management Office) with respect to documentation standards and project management best practiceResults-focused: able to set high work standards for self and demonstrate drive to meet targets.Customer-orientated: desire and willingness to address the needs of residents and project team members, continually seeking to improve quality and standards of excellenceSolid track record of successful IT implementation project delivery within cost, time, quality, scope, risk and benefit constraintsAbility to create simple Project Management documentation and reports; such as PIDs, Dashboard reports and RAID logsJob Offer Salary: £55-63,000Up to 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Lean travel.
