Do you have a good knowledge of UK building regulations?This company are a highly reputable housebuilder who specialise in delivering high quality developments across the Midlands. They're developments can vary in size from singular, multi-million pound plots up to 200 units. They are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and have plans to double in size over the next 3 years. Needless to say this is a fantastic time to join them!As an Architectural Technician you will be involved in projects from planning being granted through to delivery. You will use AutoCAD to produce building regulation / construction drawings and will receive lots of support to develop your technical ability. Due to the companies significant growth plans over the next few years there will be lots of opportunity to progress your career into senior positions.This is a varied and technically challenging role which would ideally suit someone from an architectural background with experience producing full working drawing packages and looking to join a growing company with scope to progress your career.
