An exciting opportunity to join a well-established family run property management and development company based in Broomhill Sheffield. The small team, who are looking to modernise and develop the company need a proactive, customer focussed and driven individual to support and stimulate the advancement of the company. Due to the nature of this role, it will start off part time with hours and days to be agreed to meet the needs of the business, with the option to go full time in the summer.

The Role: Answering phones and enquiries Arranging and attending property viewings Responding to maintenance requests Scheduling required maintenance work with relevant follow ups Key hand overs Dealing with any general tenant queries Prepare all new tenancy documentation ensuring full compliance is met Organising and managing office storage and filing Further duties and responsibilities to suit the changing requirements of the business.     The ideal candidate: We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable individual. The role would be well suited to someone with industry knowledge through prior experience or higher education, be that the legal, practical or theoretical. It is essential that the individual thrives when working within a team whilst having the ability and initiative to work on their own.
