Senior UX Designer

As a trusted and preferred recruitment partner to this leading global provider of cloud-based solutions to the global financial sector, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Senior UX Designer to champion users in all phases of the product management cycle. You will conduct research to understand customers problems, work with the business to understand their needs and collaborate with UI designers and developers to design the final product.

Already benefitting from a dominance in the North American finance industry, our client is expanding its London operations to better serve the UK and EU markets. This is an exciting time to join, and you will have the option to work from predominantly from home or within their state-of-the-art EMEA HQ in London.

Core Requirements

*6 Years experience in UX design for web, desktop or mobile applications

*Experience with a range of UX tools and the willingness to adopt to new tools

*Very good understanding of web technologies

*Able to gain a deep understanding of customers work and the challenges they face

*Act as a key partner to stakeholders and product management

*Apply research techniques and gather requirements

*Concept, prototype, validate, fine-tune and present design solutions

*Communicate solutions to developers in an agile software development environment

*Create sketches, flows, wireframes and other design artifacts

*Identity and leverage metrics to drive product management and measure success

*Guide and coach other designs and non-designers
