Reporting to the Head of Digital & Data, we are looking for a Technical Applications Development Manager to manage the Technical Applications and Software Development Teams, with responsibility for the development, implementation, support and integration of systems and solutions within the company. Ensuring that the systems are monitored maintained and documented to ensure maximum availability and efficiency and minimal disruption.Responsible for maintaining application performance and security, implementing best practice wherever possible.Manage application and reporting implementation, support, development and improvement projectsProfileThe successful Technical Applications Development Manager will have knowledge in the below:ICT skills - MS Office, MS Outlook and the InternetStrong T-SQL writing skills - querying, dynamic SQL, triggers and stored proceduresUnderstanding of SQL Server Management Studio environment and toolsDatabase security, configuration and performance tuningProject managementSolid understanding of Relational Database design and developmentSQL Server Integration Services, ETL and Reporting Services Job OfferThis is an excellent opportunity for a current IT manager or a Lead Developer who is looking to take that next step in their career.
