An innovative eCommerce house has an exciting opportunity for a Lead PHP Developer to join their development team on a permanent basis, which will be based remotely full time for UK based applications. The successful PHP Developer will have proven commercial experience creating large scale applications for their internal systems which including custom, eCommerce and stock systems.
I am looking on behalf of a client of mine who recently has been receiving a lot of positive press in multiple articles & posts, you've probably seen some of them & you will more than likely know who they are too.
They're a start-up that have been going from strength to strength and are now underway with their next round of recruitment for at least 10-12 developers over the next year. They're looking for PHP Developers with strong MVC experience along with good knowledge of API development & third-party integrations. The development team will be split to various areas within the business into smaller agile teams, working on a variety of scalable applications.
The Lead PHP Developer responsibilities will be assisting in the migration and re-write of vital products, shaping the way they architect their solutions. In addition, mentorship and support of developers will be part of the role.
Requirements:
PHP 7, ideally with an MVC framework such as Symfony/ Laravel or similarExperience with building, developing and implementation of API’sMySQL & NoSQL Database knowledgeStrong problem-solving capabilities
