Project/Contracts Manager (Hospitality - Fit Outs - Bars & Restaurants)London (Various Sites - Mainly London and also some surrounding areas)£55,000 - £70,000 + Expenses covered/Mileage coveredWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project/Contracts Manager to join an expanding and growing company where the company offers a competitive salary, great support and a clear path of progression for the right individual.This close knit company prides itself on its exceptional service and through innovation and customer satisfaction they have amassed a large and varied clientele that has left them unaffected by the current pandemic.The Company now requires a Project/Contracts Manager to hit the floor running and help drive the company forwards. The candidate must have previous experience with commercial construction, predominately fit out projects. Experience within the hospitality fit out industry is essential, but mixed experience is acceptable.The right candidate must be a good communicator, negotiator and present well and have a good record of quality, both in his technical ability and his literacy skills. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Project/Contract Management, SHEQ processes, programming/planning and Pre construction processes.The company are looking for a candidate who is motivationally driven and has high ambitions to succeed as eventually the successful candidate could push up to a Senior role and then Director level if their stripes are earned.In this role you will be working remotely whilst managing multiple sites at one time. The right candidate should have at least 5 years+ experience in delivering projects (including negotiating contracts), from start to finish, within the commercial field (hospitality- fit outs). The right candidate must be proficient with programming and have excellent client liaison whilst having previous experience in negotiation with clients, managing sub - contractors, health and safety processes and ultimately building a job from start to finish.This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career in a company that you will add to the future successes of the business.About the role:
