The Advanced Analytics Lead plays a key role within the Supply Chain Data & Analytics team, engaging with the business to understand, define, experiment and scale up advanced analytics solutions. This role acts as a translator between the business, Product Managers, Data Scientists and data Subject Matter Experts, coordinating the development of new use cases and enabling their deployment at scale in partnership with product managers.

About Your Role:

  • Engage with the business to understand Advanced Analytics problems
  • Provide solutions in the form of data science, machine learning, analytics models
  • Setup up and lead pilots and experiments to prove models
  • Lead data science with D&A SC team
  • Design and specific solutions for Industrialisation including cost estimates and benefits identification to feed into product business cases
  • Work in partnership with relevant D&A SC Product Managers to supply strong analytics solutions as required
  • Drive and Manage the portfolio of SC advanced analytics activities across Supply Chain & Operations
  • Work with the business to test solutions & functionality


About You:

  • Hands on knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning and Analytics
  • Knowledge of technology platforms to deploy at speed and scale
  • Supply Chain process knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust and support with stakeholders
  • Business Partnering capability and experience.
  • Experience of delivering projects and working with multiple business teams and stakeholders
  • Global Project Management, Budgeting and Tracking
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of delivering End to end Data and Analytics global projects
  • Ability to lead in a complex ambiguous environment
