My client requires an IT Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis to help support the following technologies: Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM.You will also support with IT Asset Management both locally and with global offices.Client DetailsMy client is a global manufacturer based in BridgendDescriptionAssist users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of Laptop, Desktop computers, Printers, related IT sanctioned peripherals and softwareEnsure Laptop/Desktop/Tablets interconnect seamlessly with corporate systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, switches, routers, etc.Resolving and repairing any PC/Windows related issuesResponsible for preparing and rolling out new hardware Laptops DesktopsGood working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools, and procedures to accomplish the job.Assist with IT Asset Management process and maintain hardware inventoryParticipate in various smaller tasks and projects related to IT support.ProfilePreferably 2+ years' experience in global support environmentWritten and spoken English proficiencyCustomer centric approach to IT Proficiency in hardware configuration, upgrade, troubleshooting, and repair (desktops, laptops, and peripherals)Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, and other desktop software installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and repairWorking experience in Active Directory, Exchange account administration, and SCCMProactive in raising concerns or take initiatives to improve proceduresInterest and good understanding of technical IT environmentsJob Offer£23,000 - £25,000 + excellent benefits and clear progression plan
