My client urgently requires a Project Administrator to work on site in an office environment in Manchester, Salford Quays.

START: ASAP

DURATION: DECEMBER 2021 (POSSIBILITY OF EXTENDING)

DAY RATE: £120

LOCATION: SALFORD QUAYS, MANCHESTER

INSIDE IR35

ROLE:

To manage and complete all aspects of Projects Practice Administration proactively on a day to day basis.

§ Joining regular conferencing calls including minutes taking and updating actions logs

§ Organising kit / New starter credentials / Leavers and vetting process

§ Creation of Monthly reports & maintenance of SharePoint

§ Raising and receipting of orders on behalf of the wider team

§ Managing team mailboxes

§ Facilitating the recruitment process for the Resource Management community

§ Occasional UK travel to support the Practices requirements

§ Requesting quotes from suppliers

§ Arranging and booking of meeting rooms for Internal & External Meetings

Occasional presenting to small groups of peopleStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint ? Competent at using excel to produce innovative reports ? Able to create credible documents / take minutes to a high level ? Has the ability to resolve routine problems ? Excellent communication skills both written and oral ? Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data ? Is able to manage own workload in a busy environment ? Ability to work unsupervised ? Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills ? Ability to build relationships at all levels
