A great opportunity has just crossed my desk for an Advance Engineering Developer with experience in C/C++, Bash, Python, Javascript, Perl, Ruby, Powershell, Linux, Ubuntu, Xen, Xendesk, Citrix, VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V, ZFS, ZOL. My client based in Bath is looking for a first-class Developer with strong Coding and Linux skills to join their talented team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant should be keen to learn and have a desire to work in a diverse and ever-changing environment. My client specialises in delivering a range of bespoke solutions to a variety of sectors, you will be working alongside a talented team to deisgn, deliver and showcase this technology so adaptability and communication skills are key.
A deep knowledge of C/C++ and Bash or Python, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, PowershellLinux (Ubuntu preferred)Xen/VMWare/KVM/Hyper-VZFS/ZOLExperience with point of sale or till software is an advantageNetworkingIt is not expected that the candidate will be an expert in every technology but should be willing and able to learn as required. You will be working with a variety of divisions within the company, stakeholders and customers to prepare bespoke product solutions so excellent communication skills are essential.
