My client, a leading digital and marketing agency, are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their Marketing Team, based in Manchester. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be working across as range of B2B and B2C clients and handling multiple accounts at once, primarily across the property sector as well as various additional clients they have on their books.
As a Digital Account Manager, roles and responsibilities which will include cultivating the relationship, managing points of contacts, ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction are maintained, hitting deadlines within agreed budgets and timescales and managing client’s aftercare, as well as putting your own creative flair into campaigns. The successful Digital Account Manager will work closely alongside internal teams across the wider delivery team and have an excellent understanding of digital marketing challenges, demonstrating an excellent track record of delivering services within SEO, PPC, Web Design and ideally have commercial experience within an agency.
Key Skills:
2-4+ years commercial experienceExcellent knowledge in multiple areas of marketingBeing able to understand the client’s needs and strategic objectives and being able to advise accordinglyExcellent understanding of profit margins and return of investmentAdvising clients and up-selling digital marketing benefits to existing clientsManaging projects within agreed timescales and budgetPrimary point of contact for existing clientsMust provide a cover letter, relating to digital marketing, desire to work for international brands and relevant experienceManaging client relationships
Bonus Skills:
Digital marketing, but general marketing experience will be considered
