Senior Office Manager ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Office Manager provides support to the Operations Director with general office planning, resource data analysis and spreadsheet production and ensuring the smooth operational running of the general office and the company premises. Assist with improving performance, procuring materials and resources and securing compliance. ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESEnsure the efficient running of the offices and ensure that they are kept in good orderManage allocation of desk to staff, and the "on site" staff listAllocation and booking of parking spacesManage the cleaning staffEnsure the office supplies are maintained at an appropriate levelOrganise company social activitiesDeal with maintenance issues and booking of contractorsSupport all operations functions such as creating weekly resource planning and analysis reports and distributing to relevant staffLiaise with HR to provide overlap support when neededLiaise with Health & Safety consultant, and be responsible for the day-to-day H&S requirements and maintenance of up to date recordsOccasional taking of minutes at management meetingsCoordinate activities that affect operational decisions and business requirementsResponsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operationsCommunicate with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times on operational projects are metWork closely with the Operations Director to assist with the planning, scheduling, and reviewing of project workload and resource requirements to make sure business targets are being met on a cost-effective basisManage stock control, and check that inventory records are accurateEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience as an Office Manager or an operations role is essentialPrevious exposure to H&S would be an advantageWorks proactively to assist colleagues and spot areas for improvementOrganised with excellent attention to detailProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and with advanced MS Excel skills essentialAble to prioritise workload and ensure tasks are completed on time or ahead of timeAPPLY NOW OR CONTACT NIALL FEARON AT IC RESOURCES FOR DETAILS
