SQL Server DBA (Database Administrator)SQL Server DBA (Database Administrator) with a passion for a technical innovation is required by market leading Independant Software Vendor. This is a unique opening for a passionate SQL Server DBA who would love to gain experience in DevOps to add another string to their technical bow. As an experienced DBA you must have experience with managing replication (transactional and merge), security, backups and upgrades .You must be a SQL technologist, who has more than 3 years DBA experience in SQL Server 2012/14, ability to refactor databases, performance tuning, transactional/merge replication, SQL security and working in high demand OLTP environment. It would be nice if you have experience with any of the following, Agile, TDD, NoSQL or SymmetricDSThis team is known for hosting SQL and .NET tech days and re-inventing the wheel, they have a well-known reputation in the market as being at the forefront of Agile software development. They have a great culture and care about the people they work with. My client is not looking for 9 to 5ivers but people with a passion for SQL Server and technology as a whole.
