The Role of the Service Designer will be:Assisting a key Central Government Organisation in their new Service level Design Road-map and blue prints.Spearheading a change to increase efficiency and customer centricity in the organisations operational channels.Client DetailsMy Client is a Central Government Organisation that supports every National Government/Public facing establishments.DescriptionThe Key Responsibilities of The Service Designer will include:Establishing the organisations blueprints and road-maps for the Operational/Digital Transformation project.Facilitating a user centric mindset within an Government organisation to spearhead a Service level change.ProfileThe Successful Candidate will have:3+ Years of Solid Service level Design, and have proven experience of conceptualising and delivering on the full end to end life cycle (from blueprint level, to being established and implemented).A good understanding of the GDS framework and have experience working within stringent and heavily regulated environments.
