Our ideal candidate is a driven and diligent individual - with experience managing multiple projects, suppliers and people. Your role will be to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the projects within the business. As a member of the operations team you will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.Client DetailsClient has a unique SaaS based software platform that helps companies understand and optimise their building's environment, maintenance, usage and health.DescriptionResponsibilitiesImplement an effective end to end project delivery processAssist in reviewing and implementing operational policies and proceduresIdentify efficiency improvements within operationsParticipate in product roadmap reviews and help to improve the Metrikus platform through customer feedback and user experience reviews.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersWork with and manage third party contract partners - ensuring installation, configuration and testing meets scope and customer requirementsWork with project team (internal and external) to deliver a successful handover of completed project/sScope out opportunities and price projectsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop detailed project plans to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors ProfileRequirementsMust have a high level of attention to detail Excellent time management skills with an innate ability to multitaskProven working experience within the same or similar roleEngineering background or working within the building environment is highly desirableExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsAdept at using G Suite programmes Experience using CAD Team player - happy to go the extra mile for your colleagues/team Structured cabling experience is very useful Job OfferOpportunity to join a rapidly expanding start upYoung and exciting environment
