This company manufacture and design modular buildings within a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. Having grown throughout the pandemic, they are expecting an increase in turnover and have an impressive order book, therefore looking for a Project Design Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for executing the design in accordance with the project's design deliverables, directing and coordinating external design partners and the internal Project Design and CAD Technician resource allocated to the project. You will be the primary technical contact for the project, liaising with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager from the construction team, who will be responsible for managing the overall project.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Project Manager role with a strong design background. You will have AutoCAD, Revit or AutoDESK skills and be able to provide design calculations. Candidates with a background in Construction are encouraged to apply.
