Are you a motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a progressive opportunity to join a growing team at an exciting time for the business?

Do you have experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor running projects or large packages for a Large Subcontractor or Main Contractor? Are you looking for a long term role with great progression/training opportunities where you can grow alongside this expanding business?

This company manufacture modular buildings within a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. Having grown throughout the pandemic, they are expecting an increase in turnover and have an impressive order book, therefore looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

In this role you will be running all subcontract packages ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time providing advice and findings to the project managers. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and the team, whilst managing the Surveying team.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on a variety of construction projects in different sectors. A sound understanding of Quantity Surveying and Estimating.
