Are you a process engineer with proven experience of improving manufacturing processes?Excellent opportunity on offer to join an ambitious business, who will allow you autonomy to make improvements to their manufacturing processes. Are you degree qualified in either engineering, science or manufacturing? This company specialise in the design and manufacture of products that are supplied into a niche markets around the world. They are enjoying continued success as a company, and have continued growth goals. In line with this, they are recruiting a Process Improvement Engineer to join the team. In this role you will continuously improve the performance of manufacturing processes. You will work on areas of quality, safety, cost, delivery and environmental performance using appropriate problem solving tools and techniques. The role is based in the finishing area of manufacturing looking after all technical aspects of the production processes on site.

The ideal candidate will be a mechanical or chemical engineer with experience of overseeing process improvement, and has ambitions to lead a team.
