An exciting new growth opportunity has arisen at a market leading global tech consulting business who are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to help them expand their Digital Employee Operations (DEO) capability.Client DetailsGlobal tech consulting business.DescriptionKey responsibilities will include: Supporting HR solutions for prospects and existing clientsBuilding innovative, tailored client solutions by leveraging the clients assetsSupporting sales leads and collaborating with sales community to develop a winning strategy and winning the dealsProject management during the transformation and transition projects within the HR areaSubject matter expertise during HR transformation and transition projects Consulting in HR processes and technologyProfileTo be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate: Ability to influence at mid to senior business levelsExperience of revamping HR platformsExperience in working in global complex HR environment Strong knowledge of modern ERPs and Cloud Technology solutions (such like SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors)Strong presentation skills and project management abilityStrong HR consulting skillsJob OfferUp to £75,000 + bonus and benefits.
