About The Role In this role you'll provide day to day support for all releases into test and production environments, ensuring that all activities are performed in line with agreed policy, process and standards. You'll works as part of a team to effectively plan, schedule and control the build and deployment of releases and to deliver new functionality required by the business while protecting the integrity of existing services. And you'll monitor and report on the deployment effectiveness and efficiency, recommending improvements as part of a continual service improvement programme. About You Essential experience required: ITIL foundation awareness and qualification
Operational experience of release management - deployments and integrations
Awareness of service improvement methodologies to expand scope of existing release processes Role related knowledge: - Experience of release processes Ability to use the following systems: - Microsoft Office
- RCS
- Service Now
- Confluence
- Sharepoint
