Do you have experience as a Construction Contracts Manager from a Modular or Modern Methods of Construction background? Are you looking to join an innovative company who are rapidly expanding?

This company specialise in clinical health care spaces. They provide and design turnkey solutions for hospitals and clinical areas. They are experts in the area and have a wealth of knowledge of the full process from start to finish. Having only been established over the past few years, they are starting to see huge growth due to considerable, lucrative contracts being won. Due to this growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager who will be instrumental to the future grown of the business.

This is a customer facing role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from inception through to installation. You will manage the projects, and apply your knowledge of Modular construction, bringing your technical construction knowledge to the projects. You will work closely with clients and internal personnel to ensure the projects are delivered on time, and to the best possible standard.

This exciting role would therefore be ideal for an experienced Construction Contracts Manager from a Modular construction background who is looking for their next role to be instrumental for an up and coming modular company where you can be part of the exciting growth of the company.
